A simple tool whose engine supports conversions to more than a dozen known compressors.
Xipped 1.0 is a free tool whose engine (which the creators call a Blue Diamond Engine) supports more than a dozen different formats from the most popular compressors, and the authors claim that the compression/decompression is done at the speed of light.
As with all other compressors it has its own internal viewer for file administration management, letting you easily integrate it with Windows explorer.
It also lets you create autorun files (from an laready compressed file) and above all the conversion among various compressed file formats, from one to the other.
